Cancellations and Refunds Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your active subscription to Foto Extractor at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but your access to Pro or Enterprise features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

As Foto Extractor is a digital SaaS service, we follow a strict no-refund policy after payment confirmation. However, in cases of accidental charges, duplicate payments, or technical errors on our part, we will review and issue a refund if justified.

All refund requests must be submitted via Contact Us within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Compliance with Indian Law

This policy is governed by Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and RBI guidelines on recurring payments. All transactions are processed through secure Indian payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) in INR.
